OnTrack© training courses are designed to provide pertinent information in discrete easily understood blocks of information supported by detailed course notes. The course notes that can be used as future reference material to support the subject matter learned. Complex issues are explained in detail and information is often bullet pointed to support quicker understanding.

OnTrack© courses comprise of a number of detailed video/audio modules combined with very detailed course notes and often other suitable downloads. Many of them also have other information and/or case studies that can be downloaded. The delegate is continually challenged with questions and exercises in the supporting documentation. The larger courses have longer questions in the form of scenarios that can be marked by Biz Guru Ltd. A certificate of course completion is provided at the end of the course.
On line and CD based OnTrack© courses can be viewed in relaxed and comfortable surroundings, using a mixture of informal and interactive training methods. Allowing the delegate to train at their own desk at their own time!
On site and webinar based OnTrack© courses are provided by very experienced practitioners and entrepreneurs. Question times, training exercises or workshops enable clarity of learning and ensure that everyone has the option to participate. This enables candidates to gain experience without fear of failure. These courses can be tailored to your particular company should you wish. Limits to numbers participating with on site courses are 30 people and for webinar courses 70 people and we charge a rate per course as opposed to delegate making it cost effective for companies.
