We then show you how to build a full picture of what your ideal customer looks like. This is called a Customer Persona and is used successfully by millions of companies large and small. We then look at what your customer feels about your company, how you try to sell to them and what they think they will gain from buying from you. This is called an Empathy Map. Lastly we look at the setting up a buying strategy to attract these potential customers that you now know really well.
